The Admissions Process
The decision to have your daughter attend a therapeutic boarding school can be an overwhelming decision made a difficult time. Auldern believes that parents need to carefully consider this step, assuring that enrollment at Auldern is the best choice. Thus, our Admissions Department will take the necessary time to speak with parents, evaluate testing and recommendations and learning as much as possible about your daughter before enrollment.
Once both you, the parent, and we are confident that Auldern is an appropriate next step for your daughter, you will be highly encouraged to come for a tour of our campus.During this tour you will meet with key administrators and students, see the campus and learn about the day to day activities of the students. You will come away with good information about the care and support your daughter will receive once she is enrolled.
It is important to our staff and faculty that your daughter is a part of the decision to attend AuldernAcademy. Once parents have made the choice, we begin the process of involving daughter’s in choosing wisely for their future. This will include a phone interview if she is currently at another program and eventually a face-to-face on campus interview where she will be able to meet staff and students, asking her own questions and begin the process of making healthy choices for her own future.By involving your daughter in the decision to enroll at a therapeutic boarding school and holding her accountable to this choice, she become a participant in her success.
If you are interested in admissions to Auldern Academy, please contact our Admissions Department at the number below. We will confidentially discuss your situation and help you with decisions to proceed. The necessary documentation required is listed below.
