The health education component of the curriculum at Auldern Academy is combined with Physical Education and takes the form of large group lectures.

The staff nurse frequently talks to the girls about STDs, the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, positive physical image, nutrition and healthy eating habits. The nurse is also available to talk to students one-on-one whenever a Health Education issue or topic arises which requires discretion.
