Staff members of the Student Life Department at Auldern Academy recognize the importance for girls today to possess specific skills in order to be successful in the world:

• Conflict resolution
• Time management
• Productive use of free time
• How to live in a community

Mastery of these skills is critical for the long-term success of our students.

Student Life counselors draw from their relationships with the girls to help them hone these skills and talents, making lesson-learning an enjoyable experience. 

Students are also taught how to use their strengths in a positive way to contribute to the larger community.  We believe that this lesson, above all, helps the girls to achieve success after graduation as they pursue higher education, careers, relationships and life.
